Debbie Dial did a wonderful job selling our Wildewood Springs condo. Friends couldn't believe how quickly it sold and closed. We highly recommend Debbie as she is knowledgeable, hard-working, and just plain nice.

My husband and I worked with Debbie to sell our condo and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Debbie Dial went above and beyond to help us purchase a home. She visited the house before we could view it and sent photos of all details in the house. Immediate responses to all concerns and questions. Debbie went out of her way to make sure the proper paperwork and money was delivered to the Homeowner's Association on time. She sat through home inspection with us and immediately notified the listing agent of any problems. She represented us at closing and it went smoothly. We received the keys, etc. in the mail the next day. She a pleasure to work with and we are still in contact with her occasionally.
